Description:
V-form filters are available with a G4 efficiency rating to EN 779.
V-form filters are available in 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 55mm, 60mm, 75mm, 90mm, 95mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm thicknesses.
As we are an Australian manufacturer of metal v-form filters we can make them to any thickness you require.
V-form filters are predominately used as a pre-filter extending the usefulness of the secondary filter.
Holding frames are available to suit the V-form panel filter.
Manufacture:
V-form filters, constructed with .75 zincalume steel channel.
V-form filters, constructed with 12.5mm galvanised wire mesh on each side of the filter media.
Or
V-form filters, constructed with a wire basket using 3.15 galvanised wire.
Filter media used is G4 rated; other efficiencies are available if required.
Uses:
V-form filters being used as a pre-filter can be installed to meet A1668.2 using a universal holding frame.
V-form filters can be used as a pre-filter to our deep bed filters, Multipoint, Four point and many other secondary filters using side access or existing configurations.
Filter maintenance:
V-form filters to be inspected for damage and replaced immediately if any type of wear is visible.
V-form filters should be washed by a professional filter cleaning Company.
